Refund policy

Returns

 

On any products purchases there is a 14 day returns policy. Should your product not be in full working condition as described then simply inform us within 7 days from the date of purchase. We will give you the postal address to return the item to and will send you the same product in full working condition. Please note that we are not able to cover any additional postal costs that may occur.

In regards to 'Services' and non-product related purchases we are able to operate a 28 day returns policy on most offers provided the voucher has not been redeemed. In these instances we will happily refund yourself with an equivalent NEoffers.co.uk gift voucher. You are fully responsible for checking all information presented prior to purchase as refunds cannot be given should you be ineligible for an offer based on information presented. From 28 days on all sales are final however we will often issue a full or partial credit amount for the value of sale if the circumstances are unavoidable within a 28 day period. 

With ticketed events please ensure you are able to attend the event prior to purchase as we are unable to issue any refunds should you be unable to attend the event however will issue a refund if the event is cancelled for any reason, simply get in touch with us to claim your refund. 

All refunds are listened to on an individual basis, simply contact us with the reason to why you are looking for a refund with your voucher number. 

 

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be sent to you wither to your credit card or original method of payment, or to spend at NEoffers.co.uk.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

A refund, after you have revived written approval from NEoffers.co.uk can take up to 28 days.
If you haven’t received a refund within this time, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
